Niece Decks and Niece Lumber prides itself on providing contractors and homeowners good quality products time after time. We'd be lying if we said we never had to deal with a warranty issue. Most warranty issues are resolved quickly, these tend to be installation errors, this is reason enough to hire a contractor with deck experience. We encourage every new deck owner to file the warranty paperwork on their purchased products with a copy of their receipt from us or their builder. Some manufacturers also ask new deck owners to fill out a warranty/registration card for the manufacturers record.
